How do we handle RFPs

We put together a bid team of professionals who are equipped with the relevant skillsand knowledge to evaluate the RFP deliverables and respond competently to client requirements.
The RFP artefacts are thoroughly analysed in respect to the expertise and technologies that will need to be employed.
The proposed timeline in the RFP and the availability of the suitable resources are then determined by our bid team.
Once all the criterias are scrutinised, we draft an RFP response.
After the approval of the RFP by the management, the final draft is sent out to the buyer.
If no response has been received within the next 2-3 days, we send out a follow up request for a record of receipt.
We regularly review and make adjustments to our RFP response process in order to make sure that our procedures are more adept and effective with each response we provide.
