Client Partner

We're looking for a talented Client Partner with 1+ year of experience in B2B sales to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. As a client Partner, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Working closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and marketing to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, as well as supporting efforts to acquire new clients through referrals and networking.
Serving as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and priorities to ensure a customer-centric approach in all business activities.

Requirements

The requirements for this position are following:

Provide consultation on products and services to our clients.
Stimulate sales with existing and prospective clients.
Develop business proposals for clients and company management.
Negotiate new contracts and business decisions for the company.
Maintain client accounts and oversee the fulfilment of service expectations.
Collaborate with various departments to relay recent updates to clients.
Address and resolve customer issues and requests effectively.
